Our waterfront property is located on beautiful Tracadie Harbour, Nova Scotia. We offer accessible, pet-free accommodations.

We have everything you need in our cabin. If you feel like cooking, we have a large variety of items to make your stay feel like you are home with all the basic necessities. All you need to bring is food. We look forward to welcoming you.

Our entire cabin has been built from the ground up to be wheelchair accessible. Everything from the entranceway and doorways, to retracting kitchen cabinets, to the bathroom and hallways.

We hope you enjoy your stay at our cabins and we want to ensure that everyone is able to enjoy their stay.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

Your stay at Down East Cabins includes a fully equipped kitchen to cook your meals. All you need to bring is your food.

Our kitchen amenities include:

  • Fridge with freezer
  • Stove top with oven
  • Toaster
  • BBQ with utensils and aluminum pans
  • Kettle, coffee maker with filters
  • Tea and coffee
  • Pots and pans, frying pan
  • Butter, salt, and pepper
  • Few spices like garlic, oregano, etc.
  • Wine glasses and cork

  • Utensils, including a can opener

Enjoy being on the water? At Down East Cabins, enjoy our pontoon and peddle boating options.

Join your host Leonard on his pontoon boat just 10-minutes away from the camp. Let your hosts know about your boating interest in advance so they can accomodate for up to twelve people to embark on this scenic, ocean adventure.

Please note, a waiver must be signed and life jackets must be worn at all times.
